Ohma supports mobile number login, verification code login, and password login. When you use your mobile number to register, log in, or verify your account, we may collect your mobile phone number, SMS verification code, encrypted login password, login device information, login IP address, and login logs.
This information is mainly used for user registration and login, identity verification, account security protection, risk control, abnormal login detection, account recovery, and security verification.
We will not publicly display your mobile phone number, nor will we sell your mobile phone number information to any unauthorized third party.
Ohma supports third-party login methods such as Facebook Login, Google Login, and Apple Login. When you choose to log in to Ohma using a third-party account, we may obtain relevant information within the scope of your authorization, such as your user nickname, email address, avatar information, third-party account unique identifier, and public profile information.
This information is only used for account creation, login verification, account binding, improving account security, and optimizing user experience. We will not obtain information that you have not authorized, nor will we sell your third-party account data.
When you use Ohma, in order to ensure the normal operation of the App, account security, service stability, and platform risk control, we may automatically collect certain device information and log information.
Such information may include device model, operating system version, device language, time zone, IP address, network status, Wi-Fi information, app version, crash logs, login logs, page access records, click behavior, room interaction behavior, gift and interaction records, and device identifiers such as Android ID, IDFA, IDFV, OAID, or other similar identifiers.
This information is mainly used for app stability optimization, risk control, anti-cheating, data statistics and analysis, troubleshooting, improving user experience, and protecting the safety of the Platform and users.
Ohma is a voice-based social product. When you use voice rooms, voice interactions, real-time audio, PK, event interactions, or other voice-related functions, we may process information related to voice interactions.
Depending on the functional needs, such information may include voice connection status, microphone seat status, room interaction records, voice quality data, device microphone permission status, network connection quality, user interaction behavior in rooms, and necessary security review information.
We process this information to enable real-time voice communication, maintain room order, ensure content safety, optimize voice quality, prevent violations, and improve service experience.
We use your personal information within the scope of legality, legitimacy, and necessity to provide and maintain Ohma's core functions.
We may use your information for user registration, login, identity verification, account security protection, voice room interactions, social relationship display, gift interactions, PK gameplay, post publishing, message notifications, content recommendations, product experience optimization, data statistics and analysis, customer support, complaint handling, content moderation, security risk control, anti-cheating, anti-fraud, violation handling, and compliance with laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the content you make public. If you publish content that violates laws and regulations, community guidelines, or platform rules, we have the right to handle it according to platform rules, including deleting content, restricting functions, reducing exposure, suspending or terminating account services.
To the extent permitted by law, Ohma shall not be liable for any risks, losses, or disputes arising from information you voluntarily disclose, or from other users screenshotting, reposting, or disseminating your public content.
To enable account login, real-time voice, message notifications, data analysis, app stability, payment processing, content safety, risk control, anti-cheating, and other necessary functions, Ohma may integrate third-party SDKs or third-party services.
Relevant third-party services may collect and process certain information within the necessary scope of implementing their functions, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We will make reasonable efforts to evaluate the data security capabilities of third-party services and require them to process relevant information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity.
Currently, third-party services that may be involved in Ohma include Google, Firebase, Facebook / Meta, Apple, ZEGO, and other service providers that support login, voice communication, data statistics, crash analysis, content moderation, payment processing, SMS verification, or security risk control.

Ohma uses the ZEGO SDK to provide real-time voice, audio and video calls, voice room interactions, and related real-time communication capabilities.
When you use voice rooms, voice connection, audio or video calls, or related interaction functions, the ZEGO SDK may process device information, network information, audio-related data, connection status data, crash logs, and audio/video quality data within the scope necessary to implement the relevant functions.
This information is mainly used to enable real-time voice and audio/video communication, ensure the normal operation of voice room functions, optimize audio/video quality and connection stability, troubleshoot issues, improve service security, and enhance user experience.

Ohma provides Facebook Login as an optional login method. When you use Facebook Login to access Ohma, we may obtain your user nickname, avatar information, and account unique identifier within the scope of your authorization.
This information is only used for account creation, user login, identity verification, improving login experience, protecting account security, and providing Ohma services.
We will not sell your Facebook data, nor will we share your Facebook account information with unauthorized third parties.

Ohma only provides services to users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under the age of 18 are not allowed to register for, log in to, or use Ohma.

If we discover that a user is under the age of 18, or that an account involves falsified age information, impersonation of an adult, or use of an account on behalf of a minor, we have the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant account and take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
